Modules

Our interactive workshop take you beyond the hype surrounding data and AI by demonstrating how you can drive value for your business through the better use of data.

1.

Module 1

Get excited about the art of the possible, what can your organisation do better through good use of data?

In the first part of the course we will explore what is possible for your organisation to achieve with data:

  • Explore industry trends and their relevance to data
  • Understand the value of personal data
  • Look at how similar organisations have driven value and competitive advantage through data
  • Identify where your organisation can maximise value from its data

2.

Module 2

Get grounded — take a realistic view of where your stakeholders view your data readiness.

Understanding and exploring case studies is a great way to help define where you want to go with data, but knowing where your current capabilities lie is equally important. This module will help you assess your organisation’s data readiness. We will explore:

  • What resonates with various stakeholder groups
  • Different data maturity models
  • Ideas for your next pilot / experiment

We use interactive software to collate inputs from participants anonymously in real time to give you a starting profile of where the people in the room feel you are at.

3.

Module 3
Get started — where to go from here.

Finally, we focus on a roadmap for your transformational data strategy, discussing typical challenges that people face early on, pitfalls to avoid and tips for success. You will have your own workbook to structure your thinking and capture your ideas. Through facilitated discussions we explore:

  • What makes up a data strategy
  • Critical success factors for your data strategy
  • Role of data science and machine learning in your strategy

Last but not least, plenty of time for Q&A.
