Module 1: The Art of the Possible
Outcome: An overview of what your organisation can do through better use of data.
- Explore industry trends and their relevance to data and your organisation
- Understand the value of personal data
- Look at how similar organisations have driven value with data
- Identify where your organisation can maximise value from data

Module 2: Get Grounded
Outcome: An outline of your organisation’s data readiness and ability to collect, process and analyse data effectively.
- Use case studies to explore what resonates with various stakeholder groups
- Identify and analyse different data maturity models
- Discuss ideas for upcoming data projects and implementations
- Use interactive software to collate inputs from participants anonymously in real-time to give you a starting profile of where the people in the room feel you are at

Module 3: Starting your Data Journey
Outcome: A roadmap for your transformational data strategy, inclusive of typical challenges that people face and tips for success.
- Define what makes up a data strategy and how this maps to you
- Critical success factors for your data strategy
- Discover the role of data science and machine learning in your strategy
- Question and answer period to close the workshop

Craig has more than 25 years of industry experience working in Utilities and Financial Services. He brings this to bear in his role as a strategy advisor and coach with specialisms in Business, Data and digital transformation. Craig gets his energy from working with smart people to solve relevant challenges and is the author of the online course “Driving Value from Data”.
