As part of the Operations and Finance Team the post will provide:
- service management and technical and administrative support for Salesforce – a Customer Relationship Management platform used by the organisation to run all activities. This will include overall technical and primary system administration responsibility for the Salesforce Platform including providing technical support and creating solutions for teams and users
- operational and IT support and training to all staff at The Data Lab
- the development of effective and reliable internal IT systems to match the organisation’s ever-changing needs. The role will include the development of the service to support the strategic goals of The Data Lab.
