Head of Professional Learning and Education Programmes
The Data Lab is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Leadership Team as Head of Professional Learning and Education Programmes.
This senior role will lead and manage the design, development and delivery of The Data Lab’s Professional Learning and Education portfolio, helping to meet Scotland’s data and AI skills needs and fostering a pipeline of talent to meet current and future industry demand.
The role oversees a multidisciplinary team and a portfolio of national skills and education programmes spanning higher education (master’s level) and professional learners in industry.
Location: Edinburgh (hybrid working available)
Contract: Full-time, open-ended
Salary Grade: UE09 (£63,606 – £78,469)

The Data Lab Board Member
We are recruiting a senior college representative to The Data Lab Governance Board. This individual will ideally work in a college or in a college sector-affiliated organisation and bring a breadth of skills and experience in tertiary and further education, providing a voice for the college sector across Scotland.
