This workshop introduces the Data and AI Skills Framework (2025) as a practical tool to support organisations in developing an AI-ready workforce, with a focus on the human side of AI adoption.
Participants explore how skills and confidence influence readiness, reflect on current capabilities using the Data and AI personas, and identify priority development areas. Through a simple pathway approach, they consider realistic upskilling actions over a six-month period and how these can be applied within their own organisational context.
