Stay connected with your peers on the AI Adoption Programme

As part of the National AI Adoption Programme for SMEs, you can join The Data Lab Community and the dedicated Scottish AI Adoption Network group for ongoing peer support, events and expertise as you progress your AI journey. 

The Data Lab Community is one of the UK’s largest data, AI and innovation communities, bringing together almost 9,000 members from across sectors and industries, and from over 100 countries. The community provides opportunities to learn, collaborate, share experiences and build valuable connections across Scotland’s growing data and AI ecosystem.

Programme participants and alumni looking to stay connected and keep building on their AI adoption journey. 

How it works 

• As part of the National AI Adoption Programme for SMEs, participants can opt in to join a dedicated Scottish AI Adoption Network group within the Community, designed to support organisations throughout their AI adoption journey.

• This network will provide ongoing support beyond formal training and funded interventions, helping participants stay connected, learn from peers, and access relevant expertise as they move from exploration to implementation. 

How you’ll benefit

Participants will benefit from: 

• A dedicated peer network, with a group for programme participants and alumni to connect, share experiences, and access exclusive events such as welcome sessions, peer learning sessions and adoption showcases. 

• A central resource hub of recordings, slides, case studies and useful updates. 

• Access to a wider network of peers, practitioners and experts across Scotland’s data and AI ecosystem, including a member directory and jobs board. 

• Clear progression pathways into other Community groups and activities, such as the Data & AI Leaders group, mentoring programmes and DataFest. 

By joining The Data Lab Community, participants become part of a supportive community that helps sustain momentum, strengthen leadership confidence, and accelerate the practical adoption of data and AI within their organisation.
