The Head of Business Development’s target over the next four years is to ensure TDL meets its KPI commitments for Phase 2 and to drive income opportunities for TDL for sustainability. This activity is a mixture of BD led commercial opportunities and successful delivery of funding partner driven commitments. This consists of a Phase 2 investment of £13.5 million over five years and securing additional income of at least £4m which contributes to our programmes.
