Engage, Invest, Exploit 2020 – or EIE 2020 to its friends – is Scotland’s premiere technology investor showcase, devised by Informatics Ventures. It’s an opportunity for the leading data-driven high-growth companies to meet and engage with investors of all kinds, potentially making a huge difference to their growth and journey.
The Data Lab is going to be attending EIE 2020 with a snazzy virtual stand alongside our TORCH business advisory service. Here are just a few of the services we offer at The Data Lab to help your business harness the utility of your data, plus some of the innovative projects we’re involved in.

Fund a doctoral student or applied project
The Data Lab co-funds industrial doctorate programmes at Scottish Universities, in collaboration with Scottish industry or public sector organisations. These industrial doctorates are designed to support the development of data science talent at a PhD / EngD level, while facilitating collaboration between industry and academia through applied research projects.
If you are a Scottish-based organisation or an academic institution and you are interested in developing a data-driven Industrial Doctorate project, have a look at our current Industrial Doctorates Call for Funding.
