
Scotland’s Railway provider ScotRail has been operating since 1983. Recent accomplishments for the business have included the introduction of a new £370m fleet of 70 class 385 electric trains.
Following a successful collaboration with The Data Lab’s Data Science Specialists in 2020, their Commercial Revenue team approached the Data Lab’s TORCH service for further support. The initial engagement sought to help ScotRail understand their passenger numbers and how they were recovering following the pandemic. With the solution in place, their team was eager to further develop this work.
