We are delighted to announce the launch of two new Online Learning Courses funded by The Data Lab. These courses will help you develop your skills to apply data science techniques and will be delivered fully online.
The first course, which is available now, is Data Science in Stratified Healthcare and Precision Medicine with the University of Edinburgh. This free course will have rolling enrollment throughout the year and involves work with different types of data and computational methods, learning from leaders in the field of stratified healthcare and precision medicine.
The next course, coming in June, is The Power of Data Science in the Health and Care Sector with the University of Strathclyde, targeting health and care practitioners.
There will be more great courses coming soon. All of the courses we have supported are the result of collaboration between universities and Scottish based organisations.
Call for Funding
Further funding is available for the development of other online courses which contribute to data science training and education in Scotland and across the world. We would like to invite academics and businesses across Scotland to submit an application form to apply for funding their own Online Course.
