The Data Lab, MBN and WeAreTheFuture have joined forces to launch Data Talent Scotland 2016; a collider event bringing together 150 postgraduate data science students and 200 data enthusiasts, 11 universities and 50 businesses from across Scotland.
The event will connect new data talent and education with industry providing businesses with a fantastic opportunity to access the best of Scotland’s data science talent and education.
Developing links with universities and students can be a time consuming process. The event will, for the first time, provide unique access to a large cohort of data science talent from across 15 courses delivered by 11 Scottish universities. In addition, each university delivering a course will attend and exhibit, providing the opportunity to connect directly with course directors.
The event will take place on Wednesday 16th March at the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh. Free transport will be provided for students from all around Scotland, to ensure everyone has access to this opportunity.
